Kyle Wright

Owner

Kyle Wright, a Phoenix native, has called various parts of the Valley home throughout his life.At just 19 years old, Kyle purchased his first home, marking the start of a 30+ year journey as a self-employed professional. His early career encompassed a range of trades, from skilled craftsmanship to home remodeling. Over time, his expertise grew to include ground-up construction of both metal and wood frame homes.In 2014, Kyle met the love of his life, Kendra, and together they founded IGFI Construction in March 2015. Kyle is a licensed and bonded contractor (ROC 322651) specializing in commercial and residential construction. His true passion lies in helping homeowners bring their vision to life, ensuring every project exceeds client expectations.

Kendra Wright

Owner/Operations

Kendra Wright, wife of Kyle, joined IGFI Construction full-time in 2018 after transitioning from a corporate career. With an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management, she brings a strong foundation in business operations, allowing Kyle to stay focused on clients and fieldwork while she manages the company’s day-to-day functions.Kendra is dedicated to enhancing the client experience by implementing organizational structure, building relationships, establishing goals, and managing budgets.When she’s not in the office, Kendra is busy tending to the family’s beloved “farm,” home to Sugar, a mini horse; Pete, a mini donkey; 10 chickens; four cats; and an energetic Australian shepherd who takes his role as animal supervisor very seriously.

Jourdan Braun

Business Relations Manager

As IGFI Construction’s Business Relations Manager, Jourdan works closely with clients throughout their entire journey, helping bring their ideas to life while ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Her role allows her to combine her love for design, problem-solving, and building meaningful client relationships to create a positive experience for every homeowner.

Outside of IGFI Construction, Jourdan enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her husband, baby, and dogs.

Ryan Wold

Project Manager

Ryan Wold brings strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail to his role as Project Manager at IGFI Construction. He enjoys working closely with clients, keeping projects organized, and coordinating team members and trade partners to help each job move smoothly.

Ryan takes pride in delivering high-quality work and believes the finishing details are what make a project truly stand out. His goal is to ensure every completed space looks polished, functions well, and meets the client’s expectations.

Known for his strong work ethic and approachable personality, Ryan is committed to creating a positive construction experience from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys making the most of his time off and maintaining a healthy balance between working hard and enjoying life.
